 Rating:  - Damaged skinIt took me ages to shave with this Phillips rotary shaver, and left my skin in a terrible mess afterward. Because I went over and over and over the same place desperately trying to get rid of the hair (an effortless process with a manual shaver), my entire face was red and sore afterward. The next day I woke up with about 50 really small pimples/ingrown hairs. I will not use this shaver again. It is a complete waste of money. Rating:  - Not as good as a wet shave, but still excellentI've only had this razor for 3 days now, but I'm already very impressed with it. Previously I was using a Braun 7000 series razor (which also has a cleaning system), and this is streets ahead. My skin still hasn't adjusted to the Philips, but it's quite obvious that it will deliver a closer shave more quickly and more comfortably than the Braun. After about seven months I find the shave is less close than at first and the rubber sheild/cover of the shaving hear assembly is splitting.
