The user interface is very easy to use and quick to navigate. I'm not bothered with photos or video so those features are irrelevant to me. Get the latest firmware. This gives a number of advantages, including normal and high volume modes. With the latter and earbuds you can use this on half volume while running a petrol lawnmower and not even hear the mower. Read More Rating:  - GRRRRR!!Well Ive...or should I say..I had my Sansa for 1 year and 2 weeks and its went on the blink, kaput, knackered, bust, broken, call it what you like, its had very little use but for some unknown reason it just will not work anymore. And there was me thinking with it being solid state it would last longer, annoying!! Rating: - good, but one slight flawGreat piece of equipment this - just be warned however. IT IS VERY VERY SMOOTH and I let it slip from my fingers on the first day I had it,landing on the stones on my patio. Result: many scratches on the screen and a chip out of the casing. Rating:  - Pretty good Had this since Xmas 07 - I've only just downloaded the patch for this, and touch wood it has stopped crashing, before this it would crash a few times a week - the worst thing about this player is that if it does crash you can't reset it and your left waiting until the battery runs out which could be hours.
