This book appears to be a specific application of NLP; therefore if you have read or are experienced with the use of NLP then there is little new in this book. That said if you have not read or are experienced in the use of NLP and you want to understand better what people really mean or how people may interpret what you are saying then this book is for you. What a good book!
It's short enough to read cover to cover and I found that unlike most books of it's type I didn't get bored doing so.
The advice for how to deal with situations is presented in a very accessible way. The explanations are straightforward and accompanied by relevant examples.
