- YUMMY RECIPES.......
THIS IS A FANTASTIC BOOK NOT JUST FOR THOSE OF US TRYING TO WATCH OUR WEIGHT BUT FOR ALL FOOD LOVERS. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS HIGHLY ENOUGH, I PROMISE IF YOU BUY THIS YOU WILL NEVER LOOK BACK. TRY IT OUT!!!

This book seemed to be exactly what I was looking for - a recipe book that would count calories for me and not lecture me on how to eat. The recipes sound wonderful, everything from tomato grits, to pizza quiche to cherry crumble - and that's just the breakfasts!

Hang on - _Grits???_ Yep, that's right, this book is so American it doesn't even have a UK price on the cover. Fine for novels, but hopeless if trying to buy ingredients. Anyone know where I can get a 10-ounce can of refrigerated ... Read More

- Not a useful book - especially for the non-US buyer
Although this recipe book DID have a number of things in it that were interesting and fun, there were just too many items not available to us here in the UK (fat-free soured cream to name just one). Furthermore, there were just too many ingredients in there - often more than 10 items for a main meal which is not bad for a special occasion, but downright irritating for a quick after-work dinner.
