 Rating:  - Humourous diary with AMERICAN bias and not much practical informationI liked the humour in this book and it will be a useful pregnancy diary. However, it contains little in the way of useful information regarding the developmental stages of your baby and you. It is very opinionated and not necessarily medically correct and I would not recommend it for a first time mum who needs to be correctly and fully informed. As a woman passionatly fighting for a homebirth, I found the unsubstantiated and biased negative comments about homebirth very upsetting. According to this book, never mind the safety and quality of your birthing experience, so long as you don't mess up your precious sheets!
