- It's working!
I did Callanetics for a while in the late '80s and found it very good for toning up my slim twenty-year-old body. - Believe me you CAN fit into those trousers!
I'm an impatient person and anything that promises me a beautiful body in 30 days HAS to be worth a try. It starts easy (phase one teaches you the basics) and progresses pretty quickly (phase four) and believe it or not you will see a difference in about two weeks (somewhere between phases two or three).
