I had a serious operation and came across this book by chance. It helps you regain body form and function while taking into account individual requirements. Unfortunately, I lent it to someone who didn't return it and I am now trying to find a copy.

The book is very precise, Callan explains all the moves in detail, the errors you are likely to make in some postures and how to correct them, how the exercise should feel. The photo's are of regular people with no airbrushing to make the models "perfect". Truly inspirational and it works! I also have the video and find the book useful to go back to, to double check. Thanks Callan.
